Sr. Customer Quality Engineer - IDP
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities：
Interface between Qorvo and Customer base to assure the “Voice of Customer” is understood and considered in all of our product quality and processes. This position needs work closely with local sales and application team to increase customer satisfaction as well as working with Corporate quality and APAC operations to drive for continuous quality improvement.

1) Pre-sales involvement to proactively support customer quality requirements and needs, support sales activities and new product design-in checklist survey and approval.

2) Communicate customer’s specific product qualification requirements, needs and roadmaps and feedback to appropriate internal groups for alignment.

3) During new product Pre launch (NPI), communicate customer requirements and provide prototype build data back to Corporate team to assure all customer’s requirements for reliability and qualification needs are met (package level and device level qualification requirements), also ensure a smooth prototype ramp to mass production.

4) Post-sales involvement for quality issue resolution and continuous improvement. Manage customer complaints and quality concerns to customer’s satisfaction.

5) During the Post launch phase (Mass Production) to monitor customer line DPM data and manage failure return to FA lab for analysis and coordinate with FA engineer to ensure FA be completed per cycle time goal. Coordinate 8D to be completed and closed within a customer satisfied cycle time.

6) Regular customer communication and interaction to develop key relationships with the Quality/Engineering team at the customer’s location, as well as work with Corp group and APAC operations to drive for continuous product quality improvement.

8) Serve as host of customer audit and coordinate audit to ensure audit go smooth and open actions to be followed up within a customer satisfied cycle time.

9) Review and approve customer checklist, survey and customer quality documents.

10) Work closely with local Sales/FAE team for all aspects of customer quality activities, target on ‘Perfect Quality Performance’ for customer to support company business growth.

11) Customer relationship build and customer satisfaction achievement on quality portion.

Qualifications:
1) BS - Microelectronic & Electronic Engineering or experience equivalent, MS is a plus.

2) 5+ year relevant semiconductor industry working experience or CQE experience.

3) Strong background knowledge and experience in Microelectronic / Electronics Engineering which covers: Semiconductor & IC circuit theory and wireless communication.

4) Good Listen/Speak/Read/Write skills in English and good communication skills in both Chinese and English.

5) Windows, MS Office is essential.

6) Industry standards, Quality tools.

7) Problem solving, Communication skills.


Product Marketing Manager
Location: Shanghai or Shenzhen

Responsibilities:
1) Develops marketing strategy to ensure continuous growth in Greater China market.

2) Aligns customer requirements for existing and future products with business unit.

3) Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives.

4) Supports the sales team and customers for products within the SSBU portfolio.

Qualifications:
1) BSEE or MSEE with focus on RF/Microwave Engineering.

2) 3-5 years of RF industry experience is required (Technical support background is a plus).

3) Listening, speaking, reading, writing skills in English.

4) Dedicated, team player with strong interpersonal skills.

5) Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.


Hardware Engineer
Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:
1) Develops low cost high performance reference design.

2) Provides integration and development support to our Asian customers on our products.

3) Works closely together with customers for in-depth analysis of product and/or application implementation requirements, reproduce and resolve issues.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor/Master degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

2) More than 5 years of experience in Mixed Signal and Hardware design.

3) Experienced in in consumer electronics (wireless products) using complex semiconductor products.

4) Strong understanding of design for manufacturing (design rules for PCB and assembly).

5) Experience in customer support, with a “customer-first” mentality.

6) Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

7) Knowledge on RF design is an advantage.

8) Excellent at PCB CAD tools (i.e. OrCAD, PADS, Altium Designer) .

9) Experienced in set-top boxes, remote controls, LED lighting and IoT designs.

10) Good knowledge on wireless standards (802.11, 802.15.1, 802.15.4) and radio regulatory requirement (FCC, CE RED, SRRC etc.).


Software Engineer
Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:
1) The Qorvo Low Power Wireless (LPW) Applications Team guides and assists customers to implement the Qorvo LPW silicon into their products.

2) The applications team works with corporate OEMs to develop these products from prototyping through to mass production.

3) You are the link between the Qorvo core R&D teams and Qorvo customers.

4) As part of the applications team, you develop reference IoT applications.

5) You assist customers during their SW integration and offer development support from project start to finish, in particular on the embedded software (bare metal, Linux).

6) Your efforts are highly visible in the end product and make the difference for our customers.

7) Our customers will look at you as the expert on the Qorvo LPW silicon, IoT standards and technologies (IEEE 802.15.4, ZigBee, Thread, BLE, 6LowPan, etc.).

8) By offering to-the-point example applications and SDKs, you make sure the time-to-market for our customers is kept low and help build the IoT products of the future.

Qualifications:
1) Master degree in Electronic Engineering

2) Experienced SW engineer (>5 year), with solid, hands-on experience in embedded C/C++ Experience with co-debugging software and HW.

3) Familiar with working in a customer oriented environment.

4) Problem solver, exhibits a natural tendency to anticipate on customer needs.

5) You have experience with major wireless standards like ZigBee, BLE or IETF-defined wireless protocols.

6) You have experience with different microcontroller platforms and embedded Linux.
