 Position: Field Application Engineer for battery management systems (BMS) and motor control
 Location: Shanghai / Shenzhen
 Job Responsibilities: 
1. Support Qorvo PPM product line, focusing on Motor Control and Battery Management System (BMS) applications.
2. Support key customers to modify firmware, assist with design, review schematics and PCB layouts.
3. Guide customers to solve application issues, from design stage to mass production
4. Work in lab to tune customer’s boards and evaluation boards to meet customer specifications
5. On-site support:  Experience in solving customer technical issues.  Provide customers with technical product support at the system and component level.
6. Collaborate with applications team members for troubleshooting.
7. Interface with sales and marketing as the customer’s technical contact.  Ability to communicate customer needs, system specifications and product cycle information to the business units.
 Qualifications: 
1. >5 years’ experience with good working knowledge of battery technology and active cell balancing, field oriented control (FOC) of motors and power conversion.
2. Working knowledge of MCUs including Microchip PIC/Infineon XMC/TI C2000.
3. Familiar with C programming language.
4. Skilled at problem solving and debugging.
5. Good team player with open mind and critical thinking, willing to take on challenges.
6. Good presentation skills, customer oriented, good technical writing ability, responsible for technical articles, application notes, product notes.
7. Willingness to travel a few times a quarter for customer visits.
 Pre-requisite Skills: 
1. English language skills for both writing and speaking.

JD of Sr. Business Development:
 Position: Business development for ‘Motor system or ‘BMS’ or ‘Power system’
 Location: Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing
 Job Responsibilities: 
1. Develop business opportunities for product line in Qorvo PPM, focus on electrical applications of Motor system or Battery Management System or analog power system.
2. Be sensitive on market trend and collaborate with system engineers to advise definition and specification of next generation product.
3. Lead new product promotion, co-work with Sales team linking technical partners to optimize the ecosystem of solution design.
4. Build solution strategy and cooperate with applications team to implement.
5. Responsible for the target of design-in and design-win.
 Qualifications: 
1. 1-year solution design background at least is must.
2. Dedicated on one of ‘motor application’ or ‘battery application’ or ‘digital/analog power application’.
3. Good background knowledge of MCU is preferred.
4. Know well the MCUs of Microchip PIC/Infineon XMC/TI C2000 is preferred.
5. Know well the algorithm of SoC/SoH is preferred.
6. Know well >600V high voltage power applications is preferred.
7. Strong ability and skills of problem analysis.
8. Good team player with open mind and critical thinking, be willing to take challenges.
9. A quick learner, strong responsibility and know how to self-motivated.

 Position: PAC Application Engineer for motor driver or BMS
 Location: Shanghai
 Job Responsibilities: 
1. Support Qorvo PPM MCU of PAC product line, focus on Motor Driver or Battery Management System applications.
2. Support key customer to modify firmware.
3. Support hardware verification and modification of evaluation board.
4. Screen out the IC bugs to design team.
5. Responsible for failure analysis of customer feedback.
6. Collaborate with application team members for code debugging.
7. Train FAEs about technical information.
8. Collect product weakness from FAE and customers.
9. Guide customer to solve application issue to mass production.
10. Conclude application notes and technical articles.
 Qualifications: 
1. >5 years of working experience on firmware design of MCU and board level.
2. Good background knowledge of motor FOC control or power conversion is must.
3. Familiar with C language.
4. Known well the MCUs of Microchip PIC/Infineon XMC/TI C2000 is preferred.
5. Known well battery state and health estimation balancing is preferred.
6. Strong problem debugging ability and skills.
7. Good team player with open mind and critical thinking, be willing to take challenges.
8. A quick learner, strong responsibility and know how to self-motivated.

 Position: Application Engineer for Analog Power
 Location: Shanghai
 Job Responsibilities: 
1. Support PPM Analog power product line, focus on the applications of PMICs, chargers, Battery management.
2. Support key customers to make debugging.
3. Support schematic, PCB design and development.
4. Screen out the IC flaws to design team.
5. Feedback product weakness to system engineer.
6. Responsible for failure analysis of customer feedback.
7. Train Sales and FAEs for technical knowledge.
8. Create and conclude application notes and technical documents.
 Qualifications: 
1. >5 years of working experience on power application.
2. Good background knowledge of step-up and step-down topology is must.
3. Strong problem debugging ability and skills.
4. Known well TI/ADI/Maxim/Intersil/MPS/Silergy power parts is preferred.
5. Good team player with open mind and proactive thinking, be willing to take challenges.
6. A quick learner, strong responsibility and know how to self-motivated.
 Pre-requisite Skills: 
1. English language skills for both writing and speaking.
2. Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.

 Position: Senior Regional Sales Manager
 Location: Shanghai
 Job Responsibilities: 
1. Responsible for sales of motor control, BMS and PMIC product in North and East China and complete the annual revenue & design win quota issued by the company.
2. Cooperate with FAE and BU for driving opportunities Design IN and Design WIN in target applications and customers
3. Establish long-term strategic cooperative relations with target customers, and timely and accurately grasp customer demand trends.
4. Cooperate closely with BU to create/provide new product idea base on deep understanding of customer system and value of our product.
5. Collect the information of market trends, new product needs and common problems in the market, feedback to product line to create value for company product roadmap.
6. Manage channel resource and drive channel partner to extend business in responsible regions.
 
 Qualifications: 
1. An engineering bachelor with at least 5-year working experience in an electrical engineering field, experience of MCU selling or support and motor control experience will be preferred.
2. Have customer and system knowledge on power tools, white goods, SSD, automotive, BMS etc.
3. Good and continuous learning capability.
4. Good English capability of communicating, reading, and writing.
5. Good business negotiation skills, teamwork spirit, adapt to business trips, and be self-driven.
